Chamber Dryers
As one of Europe’s leading kiln and dryer specialists, at Kiln Control Services we also offer a range of chamber dryers. Based in Newcastle under Lyme, our professional team provide installations throughout the UK.
Our products are designed with energy efficiency in mind. That’s why all our chamber dryers can be designed to accept waste heat, minimising the high energy costs often associated with drying, without compromising on quality.
Each chamber dryer is bespoke and can be designed to your exact needs and specifications. For the brick and tile industry, we provide rotocone operation, with either automatic or manual loading and a single or twin chamber. For specialist ceramics in the aerospace industry, we provide either automated or manual individual truck loading and gas-fired package type burners using natural gas/LPG.
We can provide precise low temperature and humidity control, and thermal oxidisers/afterburner can be installed either as a standalone system or incorporated within individual exhaust stacks to eliminate any volatile organic compounds that may be emitted.
Curing Ovens
The experienced team at Kiln Control Services also design and build bespoke industrial curing ovens for clients across the UK. We always ensure accurate temperature control and even heat distribution in all our appliances, ensuring you get the desired finish on your product every time. Our curing ovens allow for the post-curing of metallic components up to 250oC, allowing you to effectively speed up the curing process while toughening or hardening your material.
